Can I Amend My Delivery Once the Order is Placed?
Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to amend your shipping address. Please contact Customer Services for further information. Please note, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.
Will my Package be Insured and Will I Have to Sign for it?
Your parcel is insured by SYRENA during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to your chosen delivery address. Signature is required at delivery of any orders over $600 for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for three consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.

Orders may be shipped with UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Will All Items on My Order be Shipped Together?
Where possible we will ship the items from your order together. This is dependent on stock availability, and items from your order may be shipped from alternative fulfillment locations. Please note if you have purchased a Pre-Order style alongside an available stock item, these pieces will be shipped and delivered separately.
What Should I Do If I Experience an Issue with My Product/Order?
All items are thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts prior to departure. We are sorry to hear if you have received an incorrect item, or if you believe your item has been delivered faulty.
