Returning a Purchase
Enjoy Complimentary returns with SYRENA.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you may request a complimentary return or exchange within 14 days from delivery. To request your return complete the Return Authorization Form (or log in to your account and click on the “Return This Order” link you find in the Orders section.
After filling in the Return Authorization Form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:
- Enclose your Return Authorization form in the return package with the item(s) you are sending back to us.
- Request a complimentary shipping label by emailing contact@syrenaswimwear. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
- The return package must be shipped back to SYRENA within 14 days of your return request.
- Orders may be shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL
If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since SYRENA is not responsible for returns that we do not receive. If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns. Please note we are not able to accept hand-delivered returns.

Before requesting a return or exchange please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:
- Kindly ensure the item(s) are returned in the signature SYRENA box and accompanied by all of the original internal packing materials, including the SYRENA swim bag
- The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags, labels, sanitary liners and the security seal still attached/intact and special packaging included
- Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
- The package can only be returned from the original shipping Country
- SYRENA reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any items that do not meet our return conditions
Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the return have been processed. The refund will be issued directly to the card, PayPal or Apple pay account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency. You should see the credit approximately within 10 days or less from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.
Will I Receive a Full Refund?
If your refund is accepted, you will receive a full refund. Please note refunds may take up to ten working days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer. We will email you when your refund has been processed.
Do I Need a SYRENA Account to Request a Return?
You do not need to create an account to process a return, however if you wish to enjoy the benefits of a SYRENA account, you can go to the ‘Sign In/Register’ section, and follow the steps to ‘Create an Account’. To request a return, please visit the ‘Sign In/Register’ section, entering your order number and email address under ‘Check Your Order Status’.
Please note that we only offer. If the chosen substitute size/color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, a new order must be placed. Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item. If you wish to make an exchange, simply use the Return Authorization Form and Return Shipping Label enclosed in your order or access your online account and click on the “Return This Order” link you find in the Orders section.
